"This was the most beautiful Ryokan weโve ever stayed in. Wonderful hosts, beautiful rooms, amazing food, lovely Onsen and absolutely stunning walks in the hills and mountains around. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!"
"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."
"The room was spacious and the food was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Japanese experience and at a lovely hotel with attentive staff. "
"No wifi inside the room! How come?
No cold water in the bathroom, only hot water..... asked to pay for the hot spring entrance but I was not told when booking!
"
"Hotelโs onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms.
Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"You can walk straight to this hotel from the JR Nagano station via the connecting skywalk. Note that this Sotetsu inn is sharing a complex building with other businesses such as Don Quijote. Room is quiet and comfortable. "
"Un excellent hรดtel. Bonne localisation proche de la gare. Bon rapport qualitรฉ/prix. Hรดtel propre, chambres confortables. Prenez une chambre rรฉnovรฉe, vous ne serez pas dรฉรงus!"
"Parking was great. I had a dedicated spot in the parking structure. Unfortunately, I have read that parking will be changing to first come first served starting in May 2025. I hope thatโs not true. "
