1. Owner and cook are nice people.
2. Good view from the room.
The bad:
1. You are at the mercy of the staff as this is a remote place.
2. They charged a lot for a very basic breakfast, almost 5 times what you would get outside for better food.
3. No air conditioning and dirty rooms. There was a dead frog in our bathroom. Dust bin was very dirty.
4. The view was blocked by trees.
5. No telephone or credit card in this hotel. They want only cash.

"Beautiful location, really lovely rooms and the staff simply can not do enough for you. The location is a bit outside of kandy about 10 to 15 minute tuk tuk ride but the prices for food and drinks are very good value and the view is amazing so we only ventured out at night once over our 3 nights. "The staff was very accommodating and made our stay really pleasant.
The only complaint i had was that the bathroom fittings were leaking and there were some stains on the bedding which caused us to get the staff to be called multiple times"
