"The pool was right next to the beautiful marina. Beautiful setting. The SALT restaurant had wonderful outdoor seating as well as interesting decor indoor seating. The food was delicious. This is a great hotel! "

"The rooms were lovely. There was a noise issue in the room we were initially booked into and the front desk moved us without issue. It was so quiet and perfect. "

"I travel a lot and go from hotel to hotel. I chose this hotel because it has a pool and it was extremely hot in LA. But when I arrived the pool was getting emptied and the next 2 days there was unbearable noise for pool maintenance (jackhammer all day — see video provided). To the point that I couldn’t work in the room and had to get out for 2 full days during the maintenance hours. I have a lot of work and swapping hotels was not possible for me last minute but I asked for a discount gesture...

"Location for Venice Beach was excellent. Right on the boardwalk and pictured. Walking distance to muscle beach and the heart of Venice as well as the canals. Our room was small with only the basics. Amenities in the room/bathroom were very bare essentials. Parking was convenient but only by reservation. I didn’t see that stated in the booking details so we were lucky to snag a spot. Staff was very friendly but not on site/available all hours. "

"Perfect hotel if you are there just to sleep. The staff was super nice and accommodating. My only issue was an odd smell that fortunately went away after opening the window. Other than that, affordable and only a 30 minute walk to Venice beach. "

"This is my 5th stay here at this hotel. This time i made a booking mistake and the Michelle helped sort me out without any charges and was done seamlessly. Grateful and they are in a super location and super nice views and friendly and homely staff members… always helpful. Shout out to Caesar and Michelle! Feel really at home here. "
