"Loved the large bathroom. The room was very good, with almost no noise from the pedestrian only street. Which in turn is a problem as taxis can not access the front of the hotel. Great to be close to Covent Garden. "

"That's the most stunning and amazing hotel I have ever stayed in so far. The hotel itself is a sight seeing spot with rich history. The staff are so kind and considerate. "Third time staying here, location is great and staff are always friendly and helpful. Like most places in the UK now, they look to charge for an early check-in or late checkout, even 1hr either side, wasn’t the case here before. Rooms are modern and clean, we encountered a few small maintenance issues this time but nothing serious. When raised they were addressed quickly. "
