"The property has been updated and the room was spacious and adequate, but the room smells like a little too much air freshener to coverup a smoke odor, and the bathroom smells musty due to poor ventilation. La Quinta has stepped up their game but this one still needs to improve. I smashed a roach in the bathroom, that gave us a bad impression, and the back elevator wouldn’t operate on occasions, door wouldn’t close properly. No fruit for breakfast but still okay breakfast. Shower doors are very dingy from hard water and need a good cleaning, and the exterior windows are all fogged up. It’s still a decent stay but not as good as the last La Quinta stay. "
