"Staff were really helpful, our beds were comfortable and the shower had really good pressure and hot water. However, the room smelled a bit funky and the sofa bed mattress was a bit dirty. Not bad over all, but could have been better for $200+ a night. "

"First of all, let me say that if you stay at this facility, you will have no staff on property at night to clean your room if you need cleaning,, when I arrived at this facility, first of all it was nothing like it was posted on Expedia. When I got my key went into the room. The rug was the first thing I noticed it was filthy all kind of stains on it I don’t know what it was. I advise my family not to walk on this carpet bare foot because I didn’t know what was on that carpet. It looked like maybe blood I don’t know what it was, I actually went back to the front desk and spoke with the receptionist and she advised me that there we're no other rooms available in the hotel and there were no staff on duty to come and clean the room. She was the only person there.And her statement to me was I believe you, Im not surprised this is not the first complaints. The whole carpet have stains on it, and worst of all the bathroom was filthy. I ended up going to Walmart next-door to get cleaning products so that I can clean this bathroom out for my family as I wiped the countertops off the remote controls off the Clorox wipes was so dirty when I got finished wiping everything down in that room.I have never in my life experience this kind of hotel before, and I feel that Expedia need to do their own investigation before they even put these hotels on their website. This was a disgrace and I will never ever recommend anyone to stay at this hotel ever."
