"Good location east end. Neat bar downstairs. They nickle and dime you. Breakfast doesn't not include juice or eggs...those cost extra 😬 Nowhere to fill a bottle of water—you must purchase disposable plastic bottles. Anyways...it's mid."

"Ondank een prima locatie is het hotel zeer gedateerd. Krakende vloeren, gehorig badkamer heeft zijn beste tijd gehad want wc trok niet goed door en spiegel heeft geen stopcontact en geen verlichting. Het ontbijt is op de koffie en de sapjes na zeer minimaal. Vooral de croissants waren niet te eten. we hebben er 3 nachten geslapen maar zijn 2 keer ergens anders wezen ontbijten. Er was totaal geen uitzicht vanuit het hotel. Bedden waren wel ok en schoon. 600 euro voor 3 nachten is wat mij betreft...

"Staff was very rude. We had informed about early check in and was told we can get if room is empty. The room was cleaned and empty as well but when asked the receptionist staff was very rude and mentioned we cannot let you in and said we have signed and contract and should abide by that. We asked 5-10 mins before 3pm and still she mentioned there is still some time left and didn’t allow. Was rude to even answer the questions. Not all but specific staff"

"The location is great with many bus and subway transportation options. The female staff that checked me in was so unfriendly to the point that it made me hesitate to go down to the pub for drinks. I did end up visiting the pub a few times and the other staff were fine. Expedia listed optional English breakfast for £9.9 but it was £11. The room was very crammed but fine for the price. The bed seemed clean but I got bug bites on my legs. I really hope they aren’t bedbug bites… There is only one...
