"I can’t complain because it was only £15 for the night with free shower access and a bed to stay in central London I just can’t give it five stars because I didn’t actually sleep properly due to the noise from the other people, a loud AC unit above me and the noise from the bar downstairs until 1AM. "Had to ask for towels a couple of times. Two days without body wash. Housekeeping never answered the phone. Lamp didn’t work. We informed front desk and the two ladies at the front desk informed us to call 0 and then they can connect us to housekeeping. Why have a housekeeping button on the phone that rings and rings. How we we suppose to know. The bed was not changed for awhile week"
