"We had booked and paid in full 6 months in advance and were told a few days prior our booking that the amenities (pool, sauna, steam room and parts of the gym) were closed for refurbishment. Not only the hotel did not answer our messages regarding a potential compensation or partial refund, they could only gave us a room upgrade when checking- in a reception. Although we appreciated the gesture, it was a small compensation considering we specifically booked the hotel for the amenities and were only told about the closure 3 days prior.... That being said, they have, by far, the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen and the staff was very friendly."

"I chose the hotel because of its convenience for the railway Central Station. They notified us on arrival there would be building noise each day from 10 to 4 pm - yes it was noisy and continued to 5pm. Hotel was extemely busy, long queues in reception, the "highly sophisticated" call systen for the elevators had several problem and we had to nominate our time for breakfast as it was so crowded."

"Good things: Hotel was located close to the Ski train station. Good spread for breakfast. Not-so-good things: The AC in the room was non-controllable. Room became too hot in the night and nothing could be done about it by the hotel staff either!! The cooler provided was not helpful either. There was no laundry facility and dry cleaning was pretty expensive. For couple of clothes, we had to spend around 20 USD! "
