It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. "Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

"Proprietario gentilissimo, camera pulita ,letto comodissimo con aggiunta di altri 2 cuscini. L'alloggio si trova alle spalle del corso, con tutti i servizi vicini..bar ristoranti.. quindi centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo. Parcheggio davanti casa .Ci ha fatto piacere trovare 2 bottigliette di acqua e delle cialde per il primo caffè. Grazie per l'ospitalità."
