"I reserved an accessible room and after confirming this, was not given one at check in. I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”. The friendly young man at the desk clearly needs some education. The regular rooms are NOT the same. Also, he went looking for a step stool to help with the bed height and never came back. My mother is barely ambulatory. She could not get into the higher beds by...
