Property was nice and clean . Only issue I had was a leaking air con so couldn't have it on . The owner was very pleasant and nice , other then the air con it would have been 5 stars .

Beds need replacing.
Beds sink in the middle so you roll into the middle. Not great for a nights sleep. Otherwise stay is fine.

Good and affordable choice for a short overnight stay, especially when doing long drives - e.g. from Sydney to Wagga or from Melbourne to Sydney. Good motel, decent facilities, and very close to the town center. Tumut itself is a lovely mountain town and is worth a visit.

We liked the room size & bathroom , furnished well(king bed very comfy).Very quiet rooms too.Theyre was no dinning in there restaurant which was disappointing so had to find alternative to eat.Few stains on carpet.

Stay here fortnightly. Have stayed in different rooms each time. Place is clean, fresh towels and linen. Host is polite and courteous. Will continue to stay here due to great service and rooms have everything needed for a stay.

Be aware to have your room key with you at all times when outside the room because when the door closes it automatically locks. And when your key is inside you need to ring the manager to get another key. Other than that the room was comfortable for our overnight stay. Hot shower plenty of pressure Room was clean

Hot water wasn’t hot, no electricity at check in, was asked how much the room was by reception staff, hair in breakfast bowl, lights didn’t work, batteries flat in tv remote and ridiculous price For room.

Hi Emma,Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience caused. The hot water system recently got changed so there is no way that was lacking anywhere, we don't know what prompted you to leave that comment. As you were made aware at the time of check in that there will be no electricity for 15-20 minutes as there was issue in the town lines which is out of over control. As you were made aware that we did not had the access to screen that time so that was the reason we had to ask for the booking amount, we have 30 rooms. We want to make sure that we are charging the right amount, what if we had charged you extra for your booking. So please think twice before making such comments. We always deep clean our kitchen all the time, and the housekeepers always make sure that everything is neat and clean, it must have been something went wrong within the room that day. This is the first time in our history that someone is making these sought of claims which is not familiar at all. Everything was working perfectly fine we have the people staying with us in that particular room and they are loving it. In regards to the prices you must have done your work before booking it. We don't know who is forcing you to make such comments or feedback, but again we do apologize if you have encountered this situation. You should have come to us if you had the issues but you rather chooses to spread negative image. We know very well how to value our customers. Your feedback is not fair at all. Thanks and Regards,

Hi Tyron,Good Morning. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have central heater in the lounge area which is good enough we never had this issue which you brought to us, we will keep an eye on that. We don't have any electrical issues in the room. It must have been went something wrong. We still have people in the room in which you stayed with us and they are loving it. We have-not heard anything yet apart from you. We are fully booked from last few days not even a single issue yet. It's a busy time you should have let us know about any shortage of utensils in the room. We come to know about any shortages or issues if someone gave us the feedback. We have 24*7 reception. Trades have not started that early, we also know how to value the customers morning and night. Your rating don't justify over quality, but still we do apologies if something like this has happened with you. Thanks and Regards,

Spotless and comfortable
Although the room was a little dated it was very spacious. I put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness and my room was spotless and very neat. The towels and the bed linen were quite new and fresh too. I don’t normally bother to review but in this instance I think the management and staff deserve a thank you 🙏 from a happy customer.

I booked 2 nights at this property but left after one , the room was filled with bugs, and creepy crawlers that were right over the bed heads and falling on my pillow. I understand it was cheap but still I couldn’t sleep there a second night
