This policy has been established from the beginning to protect all our guests, and always offer them the quality they deserve, with everything impeccable and disinfected.We would like to ensure that we do not charge for all stains, only those that cannot be fixed by our laundry service or that involve hygiene issues such as bodily fluids as in this case. These items should be thrown away due to hygiene checks.We are sure that both you and the rest of the guests appreciate sleeping in clean beds, without visible stains and in good appearance. Regarding the photo you mention, rest assured that we do not do business in this and as you know, when you were notified of the situation, your husband personally came to the room to confirm the aforementioned stain and then proceeded to make the payment. Of the same.Most of our customers agree and we hope you understand the reason for this policy.We are sorry that this situation has been embarrassing, our main goal is to provide satisfaction to our customers.
