"The location is close to multiple attractions. The staff is very welcoming. During rainy season is great to have an indoor pool, kids loved that they can enjoy it. The hotel has room service with delicious and a variety of options all day. Even being in a busy street “reforma” the hotel is double panel and is quiet. The over all feel of the hotel is nice and this is our second stay as our experience has always been positive. We recommend this hotel 100%!"

"Ecellent location and service. Restaurant good and with resonable prices. A minor point: Conceirge service is understaffed and even the hard working staff could not quite remedy that. Tip for guests. If you use it as a base for trips outside Centro, be careful to allow plenty of time. Traffic in and out of the neighborhood is horrific. But we didn’t care. You can just walk to so much."
