Courteous staff and nice complimentary breakfast stood out. While the room was clean, the sofa set looked dirty (needs a deep cleaning) and the bathroom shower door could not slide. The bathroom needs to be renovated. Overall, not bad for the price.

is very close to Mazaryk avenue where you can find many restaurants and stores. as well very close to the Antara Mall.

Internet and cable TV were not working during the stay, although asking front desk for help, no attempts to fix or make anything different. Room had no dark curtains so it was very bright at dawn. Toilette was leaking so it was noisy. In the plus side, breakfast was really good

Clean rooms, East check-in. The only downside is that it's right next to a major highway so it's a little loud. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. But otherwise it's a really excellent stay! I will likely book again if I need a hotel in cdmx

The hotel's location is fantastic—safe, walkable, and close to a Metro station with several dining options nearby. However, the building itself had numerous issues. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the elevator was broken for most of my stay, and the room had only one very worn-out towel. There was no room service during my 3-night stay, the kitchenette lacked utensils, and the in-room safe was locked. While the area is great, the hotel itself needs significant improvements.

I have to keep asking to clean the room and toilet paper. Keep asking for towels. This is my second time staying here and i didn’t have a problem the first time I stayed here like about to years ago. The place is in a great location. But they need to keep the rooms clean.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. However, some maintenance is needed; for example, the sink leaked, and the paint was chipping off the walls. The noise isolation wasn't very good; I could hear doors slamming quite often. But the location can't be beat. Polanco is amazing, and I was within walking distance of many places of interest and surrounded by nature, which I love. It was a good experience, but don't expect pristine quality.

When we arrived we were informed that our room was not available so we were sent to another property they have. There was nobody working the desk only the security guard at both properties. Same thing when we arrived at the second property. We had to pay an UBER to get there. I stayed at the second property several years ago and was surprised at how sad it had become. The towels were old, stained and with holes. The chefs however for the breakfast were really good. Five stars for both of them. The location is great. But I will not be staying at these properties again. Seriously the towels looked like the one I use to dry off the dog. If you stay here bring your own towels.

The apart/hotel did not have a stocked kitchen (e.g pots, pans, utensils), it supplied us only with 2 sets of plates, bowls, 2 knives and 2 forks. No towels were in the room when we arrived, nor was there any toilet paper. The blinds were filthy. The mattress was hard. The water ran out for showers and restroom several times while we were there. No AC. Location however, was great. Walking distance to Chapultepec and to restaurants. We stayed out in the city the majority of the day so we werent stuck in the hotel We would have left the hotel but stayed because our first apart/hotel canceled on us day of arrival. This was our only choice for a 2 bedroom.
