"The staff make you feel at home. They are engaging, helpful and wanting to make meaningful connections. They seem like one big happy family which makes your stay so comfortable. The food is excellent. I would recommend the 3 days, 2 nights as the second day you spend time going to the southern part or Cat Ba island which is more scenic."

Our cabin had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room and made us feel nauseous. Even staff members who came to inspect the room had to cover their noses. We requested a room change immediately but were told there were no other rooms.

"The hotel itself is very clean and modern inside however we arrived at 9:30pm and were told the restaurant closed at 10pm. We checked in and went upstairs to the restaurant at 9:35pm and were told we were too late and there was no food, there is no food around the property so that was a bit unfortunate.
