"Great location. We picked this place because of the nearby trolley stop. Clean room, no complaints. We had an issue with the keys not working after a brief power outage, not sure if the issues were related, but it was quickly resolved, new keys were issued and the lock on the door was fixed. Pleasant staff. Convenient public parking right across the street. We did not use the valet parking that was offered. Located on Bay St, easy to get around to food and shopping. We chose the river view, not sure we need the view, but it was pretty. Breakfast was very good, my husband said the coffee was very good. And that’s saying something. It felt safe, but we don’t really know the area. We would stay again."

"It's of course old but well taken care of and clean. The old wooden floors are part of the charm. We hoped to see a ghost but unfortunately it was a bust :) Staff were very friendly. Park yourself in the well lit public garages close by. I put my Ferrari there and wasn't worried at all."

"Just an overnight stop, buy we thoroughly enjoyed the Inn and surrounding areas. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and location is wonderful. We walked and enjoyed the waterfront."

"Anita ( front desk) was very professional but friendly. Anita embodies southern hospitality. The hotel room is spacious and with a kitchenette, it was convenient. The location was also very convenient to most of the restaurants, parks and boutiques. One of the perks was the “Social evening reception ( Monday to Wednesday) from 5:30 pm to 7 pm which offered unlimited snacks and drinks. Overall our stay for 2 nights was great."

"The hotel is fine. Nothing special other than the great location, but it served its purpose. The front desk and reception area give a bad impression (a bit tired-looking, messy desks, etc.), but the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice with a lovely view of the square, the louder side of building. I barely heard the club opposite it. If you’re a light sleeper, choose the other side. The bathroom was bright, clean and modern, though the shower was small and got water all over the bathroom floor each time I used it. I don’t think they have breakfast, but you’re surrounded by restaurants. Parking was an offensive $50/day valet. Park in a public garage instead. Overall, it’s not bad, but not great either."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Don’t think twice. Unlimited coffee and champagne, what more could you ask for? The beds and shower are exceptional. Car service, happy hour, it’s like a slice of heaven in Savannah! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
