"Nice, we had a room towards the city, not a river view, it was easy to hear traffic. Other customers staying here were quiet. We were here in December, it as cool temperature wise and did not realize the pool is not heated. Went to het into the hot tub and it was cold, they did not know that it was not working, and began trying to fix it. "

"Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful historic hotel, located conveniently (10 minute walk) to everything! The breakfast was amazing, the afternoon wine and cheese social with entertainment was something we looked forward to each evening. Sadly we didn’t get to have dinner in 45 Bistro, but the menu was outstanding. Rounding everything out, was a pleasant and helpful staff, from front desk to housekeeping to valet. The only suggestion I would have is that they need to have better selections of pillows as they were very firm. Will recommend this hotel to all!"
