"My wife and I loved this resort. Although they don't have a view of the Mediterranean Sea, they have excellent views of the recreation area, which looks like a garden of Eden. The rooms are clean and tidy with a cozy atmosphere. The food selection is enormous! The food is prepared well and deliciously, often right in front of you. The alcohol selection is varied, with many cocktails, vodka, crayfish, whiskey, wine, and more. The hotel overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and has both a shoreline and its own huge pier with sun loungers, bars, and a stage. There's plenty to see in the surrounding area of ​​Antalya! There's the shrine of St. Nicholas of Myra in his ancient church, mountains, canyons, and waterfalls. There are many ancient sites with amphitheaters and simply stunning views. There are buggies, rafting, zipline jumps, and yacht trips with fun company! On two excursions, we were accompanied by a guide named Turan. He's a true, knowledgeable historian who's passionate about his country. He's well-read and versatile. And with all this, we were assisted by a woman named Albina. A true professional, she's a guide-coordinator from Pegasus. But our special praise goes to the manager, Olga Sokolova. She's a true professional. We turned to her with any complex issues, and everything was wonderfully resolved. And very quickly. My wife was also delighted with our vacation. I heard so many expressions of delight and joyful laughter from my beloved wife these days!"

Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. " Extremely Disappointing Cleanliness at Rixos Park Balek - Room 2166 stay from 5th to 10th Apr I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. The standards were simply not up to par. Specifically, there was a noticeable and strong stench coming from the toilet, which was highly unpleasant. Additionally, the floors were dirty, indicating a serious lapse in housekeeping. I expected a much higher standard of hygiene from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes immediate steps to improve the standards. "

"Incredible Service and Food Marred by Misleading Amenities. We had a mixed experience here, though the hotel staff and culinary team deserve five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; the staff treated us like family, and the food was consistently amazing. However, the property is currently a major construction zone. Much of the resort is surrounded by work sites, leaving the basketball and tennis courts non-functional. Most advertised water slides are out of order or under construction, with only the children's slides available. The gym is also a letdown: the equipment is rusty, outdated, and only one of the three treadmills actually works. Other advertised perks, like the sushi bar and rowing, simply do not exist, and there is a hidden fee for the billiards table and game room. A major warning regarding the Spa: Please note that the spa is a third party only renting space and is not affiliated with the hotel. While the hotel staff is lovely, the spa management and sales team were incredibly pushy, rude, and unprofessional. They misrepresented their packages and changed pricing daily based on arbitrary reasons. It was a total turnoff. I ended up going to an outside hamaam for a fraction of the price and received 10x better service. The Bottom Line: Come for the wonderful hotel staff and the food, but be prepared for significant construction and misleading amenity descriptions. Stay far away from the on-site spa sales team."
