"The hotel is absolutely spotless. There are people cleaning everywhere. The staff inside the hotel are extremely friendly even when they pass you in the lobby and elevators . They go above and beyond . The pool is amazing . The gym is the nicest I have ever seen . The only thing I didn’t agree with was you could not have a late check out at all without paying outrageous fees. The hotel was completely dead the day we checked out and even then they would not do it. "

"Shower hot water and pressure were awesome. The pool was inviting. I didn’t see any roaches in my room!"

"Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, the coffee bar was top tier and the free lemon water, candy and dog treats just topped it off. The staff was great and anything I needed they were happy to help. This hotel was clean smelled great and you could tell they take pride and go above and beyond. "

"The place was CLEAN! Shout out to housekeeping. I didn’t even have to do my typical cleaning ritual like normal, the entire facility was CLEAN. The room was beautiful. Well appointed. Great location with a bunch of ridiculously nice people. Great options for food and shops. Easy parking. PERFECT! My only slight problem was the pool was sad. It was CLEAN just motel like. Doesn’t match the property. Otherwise, 10 out of 10! "

"So the Staff was very friendly! Room was clean but no water pressure and bathroom shower area was in need of some repairs. The wash machine worked but no dryer, we had to pay to go to a laundromat, we also could not use the printer as it was not working either. So we had to pay to go to staples and use their computer and printer. So i ranked hood because room was clean staff was friendly, otherwise it would of been ok due to the lack of working amenities "
