Leider trübte der Service das Gesamtbild deutlich. Bei Nachbestellungen von Brot, Kaffee oder anderen Kleinigkeiten kam es zu langen Wartezeiten. When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none...
