"No on site parking even though on Expedia it said it had ( not the hotels fault and there is city parking about a block away) - but the staff and cleanliness were great. Didn’t love the location but hotel was good and as I said staff excellent."

However we had an awkward and unprofessional moment when staff entered our room without knocking expecting us to be out of the room (“checked out), while we still were in the room. No apology was issued by that staff. Also hotel doesn’t provide any complementary umbrellas. "

"I can't really comment on the hotel itself as I couldnt get checked in due to lacking a card (despite having already paid for the booking). I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. Absolutely atrocious way to treat anyone, let alone a guest."
