"Let me start by saying this is not the place for those looking for quiet. With that out of the way I love this place. It’s in a prime location on queen west. So much nightlife, close to trinity bellwoods, so many places to eat grab a coffee and relax on a patio. The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The pillows are too shelf. This is my go to place."

We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

All staff in the dining area and reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is continually being refilled with fresh items and such a great choice of breakfast items. "Hotel staff was great and hotel is very clean. Walking score - 10/10 to major attractions! Biggest complaint is that we didn’t get the greatest sleep due to the bathroom door being a barn style full frosted glass door which let all the morning light into the sleeping area from the bathroom windows even with them closed they are not black out type in the bathroom ugh"
