A little gem in Sardinia

This hotel is a little gem. Nestled in a gorgeous area with beautiful beaches and stunning sunsets. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is also kind and helpful.

Reviews and pictures should carry a warning that this is a very isolated hotel which purports to be 4 star but service wise is barely 2 star. We stayed for 5 nights, booked well in advance. Our first room was the fully enclosed, disabled room, not suitable. We had requested a sea view but according to the manager also needed to ask for a balcony as well!! We were moved the next day to a side balcony, no view for 3 nights and then told we needed to move next door for our final night. No apology or compensation was offered, it was as though it was our fault! We were not surprised when we went to breakfast, no welcome, no explanation of the service and staff who looked like work was an inconvenience. Coffee machine queues, food not replenished (or fresh) and plenty of flies everywhere. Staff did not clear tables until they felt like it, hence visiting birds had a field day. Overall I feel the management need to audit and review its customer experience, it is not good. The only positive person to mention is Alejandro the pool attendant, very efficient. STAY WELL AWAY this hotel is poor.

L'albergo è veramente molto bello, con stanze spaziose, balcone e bagno nuovo. C'è una piscina con acqua di mare tenuta benissimo. Personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile. La struttura è bellissima, sul mare, con un piccolo accesso alla spiaggia, con sala giochi, una terrazza all'ombra, un ristorante interno e un piccolo chiosco appena fuori dall'albergo. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Li Cossi, e poco più lontano Li Baietti e La Sorgente, tutte spettacolari. A piedi non si raggiungono facilmente ristoranti e negozi, ma per qualche giorno di mare in un posto quieto è perfetto!

Hotel exceptionnellement intégré dans la nature. Petits logements ici et là. Localissation exceptionnelle. On s'est senti privilégiés d'etre dans un tel cadre. Du coup, on n'a pas pris la voiture de tout le séjour (3 nuits) et on a fait des randos le long du littoral absolument magnifique. On a quitté cet endroit à regret. Le personnel est très sympathique et le restaurant très bon. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien aussi. Petite remarque : il aurait été souhaitable de mettre les 2 machines à café en fonctionnement car la queue tous les matins pour avoir un café. (séjour fin septembre) et l'hotel était presqu'au complet. Une excellente adresse. On recommande !

Beautiful hotel with nice balcony. Gorgeous surroundings and nice breakfast. The pillows are so flat that is hard to sleep on them and the bed extremely firm. Other than that, a great hotel.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und zufriedenstellend. Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt. Leider sind die Zimmer ein wenig hellhörig. Auch die Lage am Meer hat uns gefallen. Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden mit der Entscheidung für dieses Hotel.

Het was geweldig.

We hebben een weekje in dit hotel gezeten. Het hotel is niet luxe, maar prima, je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Enige nadeel was dat er een mierennest in de badkamer zat. Het personeel van dit hotel was geweldig, met name Giancarlo. Verder was de omgeving zoooo mooi, ik denk dat er in Europa niet veel mooiere plekken bestaan.

PARADISE!

The hotel was simply perfect! New and beautiful in a real paradise. The name Costa Paradiso is not a mistake - you will be in heaven. Big and tasty breakfast, amazing and helpful staff. They even let us stay in our beautiful room till 4pm as we had our bus late and gave us a drive to the bus stop - all free of cost. You ask about something and you get it, they give 100%. We are very thankful. The location is the best of the best - just next to the LiCossi beach, near Tinnari beach. And the view... I'd like to stay there forever. It's the most beautiful place I've ever seen... We got a great, big room with a balcony and a sea view so couldn't ask for more. Thank you Costa Paradiso! We will be back for sure :)

Hotel renovated recently but in my opinion not up to a 4 star rating. Staff helpful but with little experience. Excellent location. Good restaurant service and interesting half board offer. The room was not absolutely 4 star.

Très bon séjour malgré qq déboires

Malgré quelques déboires (chambre voisine très bruyante avec un bébé se réveillant la nuit puis dégât des eaux après avoir enfin réussi à changer de chambre), notre séjour fut très agréable: splendides "vues mer" depuis les chambres et l’hôtel, piscine très belle, personnel agréable, copieux petit déjeuner bien varié, rénovation de l’hôtel très réussie (en ce qui concerne la décoration mais peut être pas la plomberie...).

Super séjour avec calme et tranquillité....

Superbe hotel, les chambres sont confortables et très jolies , la piscine exceptionnelle. Le personnel est très gentil et la réceptionniste adorable ( et parlant parfaitement plusieurs langues dont le français). Un seul petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner qui est à améliorer.
