"It’s a amazing hotel great location and amazing stuff but we have a issue we other towel the last night we was there but never came even when we called twice and told one girl that brought us room service and also we didn’t have no tooth brush and toothpaste until the next day that the cleaning staff gave us cause I asked. No towel I have to dry myself after shower with a shirt"

Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. "

"only thing is the pool was under construction, but they have a sister hotel down the street with an amazing pool that you were able to use actually have two locations of other pools. The staff was more than helpful in the Hot menu for breakfast is amazing. Try the Mexican eggs many people think it is only the buffet but the hot breakfast is also fully included."
