"Clean functional room, staff were very helpful and breakfast was great with fresh porridge cooked 👏"

"Second visit to this guest house, everything to a high standard with the benefit of great outdoor space and views"

"This is a mixed review. From the pictures given on expedia you are expecting a large hotel. It is not, it is a terraced house with multiple rooms in a run down area but having said that, the host was lovely, the property although needs work, is clean and tidy and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the tea/coffee and biscuits were a very nice addition. It has a large smart TV which has a great reception. I was pleasantly surprised"

"Returning customer. Great service and great place."

"Great room, clean and tidy, just a bit noisy until closing time! Would stay again."

"I like the location of the property as it faces the ocean giving you a serene view of nature in its gentle activity. The property is also homely and comfortable. Staff was good and friendly. The only disturbance was the subtle infiltration of ciggarette smokes from the the outside when window was open. I wouldn't know if other rooms were affected but mine was and it wasn't cool."
