"Awful place bad service"

"We had an amazing stay at Silks Taroko. Staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit. They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. Even though the area is still recovering from the earthquakes a few years back and many of the trails are still under construction, it was still well worth the visit."

"Nice hot spring"

"Room is clean and spacious with excellent view over the mountain and the hotel's garden and pool. All staffs were well trained with excellent service and full of knowledge of the hotel's facilities. Dining experience was superb from breakfast to dinner, foods were delicious and the presentation was impressive. No wonder this hotel won the MICHELIN One Key!"

"The view, the sun set, the breakfast… everything about this hotel is wonderful! "
