"The hotel was excellent in every way. I just want to point out one experience unordinary. We stayed at Ritz Carlton for 5 days as a family. On the 2nd day, I fell ill and was admitted to a hospital in Shanghai. Fortunately, Ritz Carlton was gracious enough to dispatch an ambulance vehicle to take me to the hospital.
