The staff was loud overnight with their personal chat, one in particular had a very loud voice that could be heard on the first and second floor. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this might not be it. "

"This is an OLD Red Roof Inns motel. The air conditioner’s heat exchanger fins were very dusty and made quite an odor on start up. The refrigerator condenser was no better. It appears some of the guests are “extended-stay” clientele. The phone does not work along with cold water in the bathroom sink."

"Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. "

"The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath."

"The parking was good- good location with lots of places real close by. However the noise we had the whole time from the neighbors top to bottom was so loud like they was in the same room as us. The bed was old as the whole side was lopsided :/ it was not a horrible stay but I won’t stay again. Also when booking it did not say that the pool was ACROSS the lot in the other hotel and you have to go to the desk there and get a key from them to enter it. Hastle! "
