"Alles eigentlich tutto perfecto, aber eher hellhörige Zimmer. Langschläfer sollten sich weiter unten im Haus einquartieren, da man ab 7.30 Uhr die Gäste beim (Rooftop-)Frühstück hört, welches übrigens sehr gut ist! Weiter oben genießt man dafür aber einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee, sofern das Zimmer seeseitig liegt. Bei temperamentvollen Nachbarn kann es auch mal vorkommen, dass man diese im Nebenzimmer hört, aber nicht all zu tragisch - Italienflair halt. Das Personal ist...

"The location was amazing! Such a cute little area! The staff was really helpful and they helped arrange a shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel. The only thing to prepare for is the small rooms and limited amenities. Also in the pictures it shows a pool but that does not come with the hotel; it is the thermal spa nearby. P.s. You should go on the boat ride tour! It’s so fun! P.p.s. This was written from a child’s perspective!"

"Unfortunately the air-conditioning was not working for our 4 nights at the hotel and the temperatures were in the 30's. Everything else was old fashioned, but working well, like the shower etc. One of the highlights is the restaurant, with an original chef, producing great food and excellent waiting staff. "Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. Love this place, can't wait to come back!"

However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. "Lovely stay great location for bars restaurants and the ferry terminal. Beautiful view from the balcony. Only complaint about the room was the shelf above the headboard which we did hit our head on a couple of times. Loved the blackout blinds and the room was very quiet with the doors closed. Loved the included breakfast. The staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend."
