"We had a fantastic time here in November 2025. The staff were lovely, I particularly loved the whatsapp service which allowed us to book surfing and ask questions and get a quick response. The hotel has lots on site such as free yoga several days a week, special event days and a coworking space. I also used the gym across the road which hotel residents get a discounted access to. We loved our room with the jacuzzi and balcony."

"Everything at the hotel was spotless. The staff were super friendly. We loved our pool view room. The hotel is about a 30 minute stroll from the business of Corralejo which suited us fine. "

The hotel was still not complete, whilst most facilities were open, there was still a lot of building noise - something that the hotel had promised wouldn't happen. It would have been fairer had they refunded us as I requested. There were also reviews for the hotel that clearly were not valid. Staff were friendly and tried to help and offered some free meals which was great - but lies during booking left a very bitter taste! "
