"The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. "Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Service und einer unfassbar schönen Anlage zwischenden Gebäuden. Tolle Lage direkt am Hafen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: auf vegane Ernährung sind die Restaurants nicht gut eingestellt. Da wird die Auswahl sehr schnell sehr einseitig. Aber trotzdem, verdiente 5 von 5 Sterne und ein Dankeschön für einen tollen Urlaub. "

"Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening. "

"We had a wonderful 9 days at Barcelo Playa Blanca. It was a wonderful hotel with amazing facilities, incredibly clean and rooms were fantastic. This was pretty much the first time we’ve done a half board basis and the value was amazing, saving us a fortune for a family of 6 where we normally spend upwards of £150 a day on food and eating out. So overall a fantastic trip, a superb hotel with great staff, service and amazing facilities. "
