"While we appreciate the location and appearance of the hotel, it does not seem to meet our expectation as a five star hotel. Staffs are friendly, but improvement in training to be prompt and proactively in providing service. The shower smelled bad, urine like smell. A hit disappointed to be honest. "

"The place is conveniently located and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated access to free laundry services in the building, including a dryer, and the back patio area. It is worth mentioning that we experienced one issue with very small ants coming in near the balcony door and through the flooring by the window, so we had to be cautious with food. Additionally, the breaker needed to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"Pros: Breakfast was good, room was quiet, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Also close to a mall and shops. Some restaurants available too. Cons: Pricing was high for a room (cruise recommendation), shower floor is very slippery, far from Barcelona city (need a taxi) highlights. "

"A pleasant, clean and modern, small hotel downtown. The service was exceptional - they went out of the way to ensure that my wife's dietary needs were met with a wide range of selections. The front desk staff were especially helpful and we had good communication support before we arrived. We were only there for two nights, but would happily stay longer. Highly recommended."

Located in a good area of the city on a quiet street, but still close to all amenities, and easy to get to main areas on foot or metro. Would recommend without hesitation."

" We arrived in the morning and I already knew that the check-in time is 3pm but was hopeful that we could get in earlier. We had to wait till 3pm and had to ask a few times at the reception before we were given a room and when we went up, we were informed by the cleaning staff that it was not ready! So we went back down and Isaac at the counter, gave us vouchers for free drinks while we waited. It was after over an hour before we managed to get into the room to rest (past 4pm!!). This room had...
