"Arrival after hotel reception closed but was able to check in at the attached hostel reception by prior arrangement. Very well equipped apartment, especially regarding cooking utensils, very good if you are planning to cook. Apparently there is garage parking but we left the car on the road, plenty of free parking. Pool is clean and in good repair, attended, the lifeguards are good guys, helpful. The apartment location has loads of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, there is a large Intermarche supermarket literally across the road from our apartment (203) and apartment downstairs below our balcony. Double glazing is good at keeping out most of the bar/traffic noise if you are a light sleeper. Air Con machine in both the bedroom and also the living area. Balcony has a couple of chairs and a small table, gets the sun in the afternoon. There are two lifts, but only one was working. The beach is about 10-15 minutes walk away, it's sand and there are beds/umbrellas you can rent if you wish. Also have lifeguards if that is of concern. Alvor is a nice place to wander around, doesn't seem 'moody' and was happy walking round late. We had a Coffee machine (make is Delta) you can get pods in intermarche or Spar around the corner. The cleaners were around each day, always smelled clean down the hall ways and entrance. I'd recommend the place."

"We are a family of 4 and we had a large room with a double bed and a separate portion with 2 single beds which was fantastic and prob the biggest balcony. This resort was immaculate and rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff at the reception and the restaurants were really helpful. The courtesy bus to the beach was amazing too so no need to walk 20 minutes to the beach. The only small negatives were that there was no iron in the facility (but they offered a paid laundry service) and that you had to pay for the gym (based on the price, all inclusive members shouldnt have to pay as its not a cheap resort). Other that that everything was nice"

"We had a wonderful stay at Vila Foz Club in the Algarve and really enjoyed our holiday. The property was beautiful, relaxing and had a lovely atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic, the surroundings were stunning, and everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt comfortable and enjoyable. We had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend Vila Foz Club to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in the Algarve. We’d happily come back again! 🌞🌊🇵🇹"

"Very clean hotel in all areas including the pool, the room itself, the restaurant and outside eating areas. All the staff were lovely. Check in was smooth and speedy & front desk team so helpful when booking the waterpark (and got us a discount), taxi to the airport (which was cheaper than Uber) and generally great. Breakfast excellent. Great choice from cooked to fresh bakery items and the best freshly squeezed orange juice! The bar and restaurant team were all so helpful especially with my daughter who has an allergy. Hotel is in perfect location for walking to the beach but also the town with all the restaurants / cafes. The room was much bigger than it looked on the website and big balcony overlooking the pool. Was stocked with everything you need if planning on preparing meals. Swimming pool was a great size and so good to have the indoor pool plus jacuzzi. Had no problems getting loungers around the outdoor pool, towels were put out early but still always loungers available. Overall we loved this hotel and the staff. Would highly recommend!"
