"I had a great trip to this hotel. The staff were great and the rooms and balconies were spacious and very clean. Food was delicious and despite hotel being full there were no queues for food and it was always plentiful. Only think I wasn’t impressed with was the evening entertainment but it wouldn’t put me off returning."

Overall a pleasant hotel House keeping were friendly however I feel like the front of house staff could be more attentive and welcoming. For the price I paid I feel like I should have got better service. For example, when asking for water for my room it felt like I was asking for too much. They also don’t take your luggage to your room when checking and downstairs when checking out - For a 5 star hotel, that’s the least I would expect."
