"We stayed 4 nights with the kids. Hotel was slap bang in the centre and opposite Liverpool ONe shopping centre. Took a while to check in due to a wrong name being book under but manage to get checked in. Staff were very good on the overall stays. Bedroom was clean . Kids were happy with the pool they had. We spent2/3 night swimming to tire the kids out and they enjoyed it. Food was nice we had one night of food delivered to the room but at a ยฃ5 charge. Canโt complain food was nice. We will stay again in the future."

"Room (en-suite) was clean and nicely presented with good facilities, tea, coffee hairdryer, etc. Continental breakfast was ok but could have been a little better if it included for example croissants, more jams and spreads. Car parking in Llandudno is a challenge but street parking is just about manageable and free between 6pm and 10am!"

"The room was very clean, and the staff was very kind. While we waited for our room, my daughter and I enjoyed exploring the area, since it was in the center of everything! My husband waited in the lobby and enjoyed the tea that was provided."
