Servis Apartment di Trelawny

"Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again. The listing and pricing were misleading, and there seemed to be unexpected charges and restrictions that were not clearly communicated upfront. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property advertised for up to four people, yet I was charged for three “extra” people, including my 7-year-old child. I was also surprised to learn that guests were apparently not allowed. The most uncomfortable part of the stay happened around 9:45 PM when the...

"The property is surrounded by lush greenery with a large pool that creates a relaxed, stress free enviornment. The beach is less than a 5 min walk - white sand and crystal blue water. Old Fort Bay is AMAZING to say the least. However the villa is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. There was a bug issue in the kitchen. "

"Pool was dirty"

"The administrators of the property are quite rigid in their arrangements, and the amenities in the kitchen are quite basic/rudimentary. "

"WARNING!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL OR THE COMPANY THEY WILL OVERBOOK PURPOSEFULLY TO SEND YOU TO A CHEAPER PARTNER HOTEL AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION! "

"Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly, black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night, front door doesn't lock...

"The entire property is either under construction or unavailable. Not very safe. Staff did the best they could but the owners need to do better."

"The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb."

"No issue with the property at all - have stayed here many times and it is lovely. Do not deal with Burbank Vacations. They overbooked and left me stranded with nowhere to go at Christmas. DO NOT deal with these people."

"I didn’t get to stay at location because it wasn’t ready! There was repairs happening and I was told I couldn’t cancel! I could just get a credit for future use!"

"I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the property I booked was overbooked. I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable....
