"My wife and I stayed at the Greenhills for a week in June 2025. The short walk through the immaculate and beautiful gardens from the car park set the tone for our stay. Attention to detail is everything here. The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff attentive, considerate, kind and knowledgeable. "Have just had an 3 night stay at La Place. Everything was excellent. Every member of staff has excellent customer service and every interaction is a delight.

"It was on the beach, room view was the sea,facilities were great within room and accommodated our request for walk in shower. The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. View from room onto bench and tacos selected and accommodated for food allergy."

"Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in.
We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us.
Our room was just large enough, the king-sized bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was fab, and the balcony had the best view of St Brelade's bay just over the road.

"Clean. Staff helpful. Nicely located not right in centre I’d St Helier but within a few minutes walk. Second time I’ve stayed here and can’t really fault it. Room this time being on the second floor was hit at times, but that’s no the hotels fault, you can’t control the weather.
Would happily stay again."

"Absolutely delightful hotel with great staff and outstanding rooms. The pool and spa must be one of the best on the Island. Very accessible and close enough to the main centre to be able to walk if you don't want to use the free hotel shuttle bus. Room very well appointed and very comfortable.
