"Great location close to Pier 39, friendly staff, full buffet breakfast included, room was clean and well appointed. No self use laundry facilities. The “resort fee” charged at check in was disappointing, added an additional $43USD per night per room to the booked price. We received a bottle of water each in return, the rest goes towards “maintaining the pool and gym etc”"

"breakfast was great."

"Other than the strongest smell of paint downstairs everything was lovely"

"Favorite place to stay when in SF! Location, staff, amenities are all great!"

"This was better than what I expected. Would book again"

"Nice"

"The parking space is limited but everything is clean."

"The breakfast was excellent and wholesome! The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and included everything we needed. It’s a short 2-3 minute walk from a BART Station so it was great for easy transit. I would recommend! There were a couple Halal food options nearby so that was great!"
