Hotel Dekat Traxx at Jungle Village

"Really nice staff. The gym was nice, all new gear. They just needed some wipes. The pool and the outdoor bar/ restaurant area is great. There are pool towels out there and there is a variety of seating around the pool like loungers, chairs and double sun beds. There are a couple outdoor games by the pool area as well. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Great room, nice and spacious. We could see ships coming and going. There is great art all over the hotel, lots of visual interest...

"I gave two stars because of the staff lady checking me in. She was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived early from a cruise, couldn’t get our room, and was told room before 1pm would cost $40. We had a handicap room and apparently the people before us had a late 12:00 checkout? I don’t believe they had just one handicap room in the entire hotel. I asked when can we expect then to get our room? She said probably 1pm. We saw the people check out and leave at 12:15. We finally got our room...

"The staff were fantastic in accommodating our large group for our suite stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was close to a few restaurants so that was nice to take a walk. The pool area was well maintained. The breakfast was so good!!!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future before our cruise and for any other stay we have in Port Canaveral. "

"The room we stayed in was in need of many minor repairs simple to fix, but still needs to be done. Absolutely no door sweep keeping any bugs out of the room from outside. I could see daylight under the main door. I could hear my neighbors beside me behind me, and definitely above me, could hear every step the person above me made through the ceiling. for what we got It was quite overpriced, but is what I had to pay to be able to get a room to see the space launch"

"This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend...
