"戸建て感覚でロッジに快適に泊まりたい人には最適です。午後4時からのチェックインでしたがウイーンから朝移動したので11時過ぎに到着、スーツケースを預けようとしたら部屋の用意ができていたのでそのままチェックインさせていただきました。（追加 料金なし）めっちゃラッキー！午後、ケーブルカー（ゴンドラ）に乗ってファイブフィンガーズと大氷穴を見に行きました。翌日は、早朝からハルシュタット観光。めっちゃ混むので午前中の観光がお薦めです。ハルシュタットでの宿泊も考えたのですが、シャワーが共同だったり、部屋が狭かったりと快適ではなさそうなので対岸のオーバートラウンで正解でした。朝、5時に起きたらハルシュタットの湖を独り占めできますよ！最高の贅沢！"

Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all."

"This stay was amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the amenities for the lake were awesome, and the room was very spacious as well. We unfortunately had a small gripe with how hot it was when we went. We found out later that if I had requested a fan I could’ve gotten one. The laundry machine is one tiny one for the whole building you have to pay to use in euro coins. Everything is about a 5-10 minute walk into the town. The bikes were awesome to use! Everything else was amazing...

"Appartement dans l'hôtel Vitalhotel à Gosau, à 20mn de voiture de Hallstatt. Très propre, décoration moderne avec de petites attentions (petite bouteille de Prosecco, petits gâteaux, dépliants touristiques dans la chambre). Seul point négatif : les buffets sont bien trop chers : 19 euros pour le petit déjeuner, 30 euros pour le dîner, 45 euros pour les deux."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening and it is not too noisy compared to Hallstatt city which I like this place. Just one disappointment that the hotel unable to issue me the tourist public transportation pass. He said he can only do it if I stay 3 nights, which I feel a bit unfair. Thus, I need to take bus which cost €2.80 each way to go Hallstatt city."
