"Had a lovely experience there. So close to neighbourhood restaurants and subway station across the street was perfect recommend"

"Nice good breakfast"

"There was no personal interaction with staff as it is all digital. There was no information available to explain any features or amenities of the hotel. Minimal food choices."

"Spacious comfortable room, excellent staff and well connected to public transport"

"Très bien placé. Chambre petite et la climatisation n’était pas disponible,d’où le fait d’ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre qui fait face à la rue,d’où bruit de la rue qui empêche de dormir. Déjeuner excellent"

"Lovely hotel, great location, and exceptional service"

"Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl im Hotel. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. "Cloud One is a 1.5 star hotel. BUT IT HAS A LOT TO RECOMMEND IT. Excellent location within walking distance of tourist attractions and good restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The price of the standard room we stayed in was very reasonable. Vienna is an expensive city to visit. Although we did not include the buffet breakfast in our plans, it is a bargain. The hotel has a nice bar that is well used by guests."

"Interesting property in that it’s a former castle and has old world charm. Nice breakfast buffet everyday. Indoor pool and sauna were quite nice as well. On the flip side, the elevator didn’t work. The room key kept malfunctioning which required getting it reactivated everyday. The property is a bit worn and aging in a few ways. One annoying thing is the lack of power outlets near the bed (just one). Overall a good stay but could’ve been better."
