I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The receptionist Vivian, was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this hotel in you’re in Hanoi. Great location as well, everything at a walking distance

We love the Japanese food nearby.... We actually became locals and would go everyday for lunch or dinner. The hotel itself is unforgettable expierence from reasonably priced massages to great atmosphere, the staff is also amazing at speaking English I can not wait Togo back

The hotel is wonderful. We are a family of 5 and had adjoining rooms. Situated in just the right spot in Hanoi for touring the city and walking around. Plenty to do just steps from the hotel. Breakfast was always yummy with varying options daily. Ask Anna in the dining room for restaurant recommendations and she will not disappoint. What makes this hotel a real gem is its phenomenal staff. Such wonderful service. Everyone from dining room staff to lobby staff to housekeeping were great and so very accommodating. Would 100% recommend this hotel for a family stay.
