"I can’t tell you how beautiful the resort was, the staff amazing, the rooms beautiful and clean. They have entertainment every night, music till 1130/12. Gelato on site. Sandwiches and desserts. Only think it lacks is more restaurant options, there was a buffet option, but ok. Breakfast was included and amazing and delicious There was a restaurant but they need more options. "Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber kann mich nicht beschweren. Den einzigen Abzug gibt es für die Lage des Hotels. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen und es liegt sehr viel Müll überall. Zudem ist es ein gutes Stück vom Zentrum entfernt"

We stayed at signature level, but I don't think it's really worth it to pay extra - there is a separate pool for signature level, but we couldn't get a sunbed there due to guests reserving them with towels early in the morning. "I appreciate a service of Giada a lot. We arrived late at 22:30, and missed the reception opening time and her message in Expedia. Though Giada picked up our call, and instructed us to get the keys of our room. The keys of AC are not in the key ring but she delivered to our door. Breakfast is in a nice room near the entrance. Only thing is, we accidentally walked through the markets at night which is a bit messy and chaotic. Can try to avoid that area at night if walking to hotel."

"The building is modern and well maintained. Our room was large, clean and the air con nice and quiet. Best asset is it has a outside pool, which are rare in Central Palermo. The downside was the pool was on the roof with no shade and no umbrellas. Unless you like being roasted alive, you can only use the pool area early or late in the day. You are also required to buy a swimming cap to go in the pool. A taxi from the centre of town to the hotel cost us €25 but there are buses to the railway...

"We thought the location great, and having the beautiful theater Massimo as prime view was wonderful! In the heart of historic Palermo, we could walk to prime sites easily. The hotel is not accessible by car, but small walking distance to first parking spots.
