"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. We experienced a minor issue during the night, but it was quickly and professionally resolved by the wonderful reception staff the following morning. "Had a great stay, all staff most helpful and courteous, bed very comfortable with good choice of pillows, food excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Only negative point was there was no room care during our two night stay, I presume just an oversight but it certainly didn’t detract from our stay. Looking forward to staying again. "

"one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."
