The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation. "The property is well maintained and great for travelers. We had an issue with our room that the host resolved well, and their communication was prompt. We liked that we had access to speak to people, but we were otherwise autonomous. I appreciated the laundry available, and the location is beyond perfect. The space isn’t necessarily great for someone who wants to stay indoors for long periods as it is small, but NYC is not a place to visit if you want to remain inside."

"Firstly the room was clostofobic .Secondly they forced to pay deposit by card and while checking out while asked to check the room in order to assure the smooth refund, the hotel refused and now they charged the deposit without any fault. theh are doing fraud business. I filed complaint against the unethically charging."
