"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

"The Royal Albert is very centrally located, right in the heart of Brisbane. It is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The room was very large and well appointed. There was a washer/dryer in the room, which was a plus. There was also a mini-fridge and microwave. However, internet connectivity was not good. The internet was very slow, and sometimes not available. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. "

"Ideal location in Kangaroo point near the iconic Story Bridge Hotel and walkable from the CBD along the fabulous footbridge. Water supplies and comfortable amenities and I was given an extra hour after a very late night. The staff are incredibly accommodating as my dad left his car key and they notified us immediately to make arrangements. Love the area. Great place. Would 100% book here again! "

"The hotel had a perfect location and facility. The room was very nicely furnished with a living dining kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I requested a bathtub, and got hot water bath every day. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store next door--very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"まず素晴らしい従業員、立地、値段、部屋の広さ、設備に満足です。従業員は皆親切で、フロント、朝食会場、掃除の方と皆良い印象でした。立地も駅から歩いてすぐ、Woolworthsは30秒ほど、クィーンストリートもすぐ！と最高の立地。泊まった１階の10号室は広く、キッチン用品一式、食器、洗濯機、乾燥機とあり8泊するのに最高に便利でした。部屋の中に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのが助かりました。設備は多少の古さは感じるかもしれませんがたいして気になりませんでした。今回の10号室は２階で日が入らず、目の前が郵便局の建物、また窓が開かないのだけが残念なところ。ただ4階以上なら郵便局の建物もなく日が入りそう。全体的には非常に満足できる滞在でした。また次回機会があれば泊まると思います。"
