"Great hotel. Air conditioning worked well in November to keep my wife cool for sleeping. Bed was really comfy and the property was lovely. Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and coffee as well as the dinners. The short walk to the historic center and Cathedral de Santiago was great. It rained the entire time we were there but the service, food and comfortable room made up for not being to explore as much of the town as we wanted. Excellent and friendly service. Also great on site underground parking garage. Would highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. Other reception staff (whose names I didn't catch), both at checkin and checkout were equally friendly and helpful "
