Beautiful hotel minutes from the old center and the park. I had a view of the cathedral was stunning. It’s a special small hotel with character and great amenities. Welcoming helpful staff. It’s an oasis

Absolutely loved this hotel. The view from the room was incredible and we loved having breakfast every morning in the garden. It’s also perfectly located next to the historic center but just a block away so it feels calmer, and a block from a big park with beautiful views of the cathedral. The staff is also amazing and go above and beyond to be helpful and proactive. If you’re debating between this and another hotel, I’d pick this one every time.

The staff is superb. Delicious breakfast. The only thing we did not like was the shower. It was cramped and difficult to get in and out.

Pleasant location, smart vibe, convenient to the Cathedral and other attractions. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Room more than sufficient with exception of tiny — 4 foot by 4 foot— bathroom. Standup shower, 2’ by 2’. Did not contain and drain the shower water, which leaked to cover the bathroom floor. Perhaps the other guests were luckier than I, with a larger bathroom and/or properly sealed shower door.

This hotel is very special! The breakfast was exceptional and the friendly warm staff made it even more special. The attention to detail was exquisite creating a wonderful esthetic throughout the property. It’s intimate and peaceful. The ambiance was do relaxing. A little oasis in the middle of a highly impactful place.

Superb breakfast, wonderful and helpful staff, fabulous outdoor garden and pool area- not many hotels with pools this close into the old town. Location is awesome with a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Room was clean and modern - smallish but still lovely and with a view of the cathedral. The only downside is that the floors are very squeaky and you can hear other people walking around in their rooms. Even though we tried to tread really softly, the wooden floors were still really squeaky. Otherwise would have been 10/10

Overall a fine hotel, nice amenities, good breakfast, large garden and cosy pool. The view of the cathedral is very nice too and staff were very helpful. There were a few negatives though. You could fell a slight sewer smell in the bathroom when running the water. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Rooms are small, floors are squeaky.

Pool full of algea. When we made the complaint in the reception they told us it where going to be repaired the same day. But next day it qwas the same. The best features was the excellent breakfast and location. Funcionality of the room was poor and not a great value stay.

This has been one of the best experiences I had as a hotel guest. The staff was very helpful and kind. We were treated like family. The breakfast was exquisite, fresh squeezed orange juice, latte , several varieties of croissants, and fruits, They had my favorite jam (paleta de jamón ibérico) or prosciutto type jam, chorizo, Spanish omelette or à la cart scrambled eggs which were done at the moment with bacon. Also the terrace outside the restaurant was very beautiful. The rooms were very cozy, and we had a room that had a beautiful view of the Santiago cathedral. Hotel was walking distance to the cathedral and all the incredible restaurants on the way to it. It was also right beside a beautiful park that we had to through to get tot the center of the city and the cathedral. Had an increíble Magical time.

The breakfast was great - lots of selection and very fresh. The hotel room views of the cathedral was perfect! Really nice way to enjoy the views after doing the Camino de Santiago! Pool was very nice as well! Beautiful garden! Good location - close to lots of restaurants and pharmacy. The only negative would be that the bathroom (despite looking clean) had a bit of a sewage smell problem. Not sure which piping it was coming out of (shower or sink) but it was quite potent - was able to mask it by spraying some perfume and keeping the bathroom door closed.
