We loved our stay at Cowboy Homestead Cabins. Honestly, there is nothing we would change.. The cabin was perfect, clean, stylish, cool and fully stocked with home staples. The owner was quite attentive and engaging. We loved the dogs too:)

Cabins Near Capital Reef

Extremely nice accommodations that provided very easy access to Capital Reef National Park. Very practically furnished stand alone cabins. Cabin would have been perfect if it had a ceiling fan.

We liked that the units were separate. We had a good stay. The drive to the park wasn't too bad. The window blind didn't work so we could not open it to look at the view. It was not bothersome to us but know that there is construction going on on the property.

Quiet, comfortable cabin with full tub/shower. Kitchen consisted of coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. There were a few plates, 2 mugs, adequate silverware, but nothing else for cooking. The cabin faces the mountain but it was not much of a view. Overall this was a convenient place for us to stay while exploring local national parks.

Just recently stayed at this property and it was amazing! Was greeted by 2 very cute dogs when arriving and the folks running the place were very kind. The cabins are clean and cozy and had western hospitality at its finest. Each cabin has a kitchenette with everything you need in it! I would stay again in a heartbeat. (P.S. make sure to look at the stars while you’re there!!)

The cabins were located right outside the Capitol Reef National park. They were very cute and clean. There was construction on the property and it was a bit messy/muddy. The cabins were roomy and well stocked with dishes, a small fridge, micro. Katie was very helpful and pleasant.

Cleanliness and amenities were top notch. Location great. Beds were on the hard side. Tried to email and call the owners to ask questions before we're arrived with no response. Cabin could be improved with a dvd player.

Spacious but cozy clean cabin

Spacious cabin with everything you need for a cozy stay. Kitchenette had small microwave, sink, an electric hot plate and a toaster, plates, mugs, but no water glasses. They did have plastic cups for bathroom. Very comfortable! Nice picnic table and grill for each cabin. Very clean! I would definitely stay again! Owner was very helpful and friendly!

The setting was beautiful. The cabin was perfect for out needs, the views were terrific and it was close to Capital Reef NP. I loved hearing the horses in back, too.

Would love to give this a "10"

I had only 2 issues with this property. The one that bothers me the most (and that I didn't discover until the morning I was checking out) is that the cabinet that the toaster is stored in was filthy. Crumbs all over the place. That grossed me out. The smaller issue, which I don't understand how I've still NOT been communicated with, is that I NEVER met the proprietors. We arrived at 4:15pm. There was a note on the office door, telling us to go to Cabin #2 - - that it was open and keys were inside. We left the next morning before 10am - - still no contact. I got billed the day after, so they obviously know we were there. Their two dogs greeted us, upon arrival and when we were leaving - - so who was taking care of them? Why no contact at all. Very odd. If you were worried about COVID issues - - how about an email? Other than that and the crumbs - - everything else was great.

Super clean and comfortable!

I cannot say enough about the cowboy homestead cabins. It was just what our family needed, fresh air, night skies as far as the eye can see, really great ranch dogs to pet, super quiet. We absolutely plan on staying there again when we come through this area!
