"Absolutely beautiful and they even allowed us to late check out at 1 PM because we didn’t board our cruise ship until 230. They also printed out our boarding passes and luggage tax for the ship at no extra charge. Absolutely beautiful piece of property and the staff was amazing."

"The location is nice, but for the price I would suggest try another hotel. The lobby and rooms appear to be recently updated, but it feels cheap and surface level. The rooms are big, but they have the glass cube showers no one seems to like. The staff and management are also not the nicest or most helpful. I tried to check in at 15:00, which is the time state to check in, but was told that check in only “starts” at 15:00 and I would have to wait for my room to be cleaned, prepared, and for a lamp to be fixed. This property is near the Spotify stadium so expect disruption on match days. "

"Everything was good except my room smelled VERYYY disgusting all the time and the spa hot tubs weren’t very hot and were an extra price. The pool on the roof was freezing. It would have been nice to have a free hot tub that was hot for guests. "
