"We were not given any information about the property itself upon check in. Upsetting to hear there was more to the property than we knew after staying for 3 nights! Apparently there was breakfast? We saw the lobby and the check in desk - assumed that was all. It is a shame we spent this amount of money to sleep."

"The room was clean and the instructions provided by the hotel were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated.
However, the overall stay was not very comfortable. The room temperature was difficult to manage—the fan was quite noisy and continuously blew cold air throughout the night. There was also significant light coming through the gap under the door, which made it hard to sleep.
